Introduction

Toan obtained his bachelor in Material Sciences from University of Sciences (Vietnam National University). Afterwards, he moved to Singapore where he undertook his Master in Chemical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS), with focus on wet chemical synthesis of novel, high-index faceted nanocrystals. Currently, he is a PhD student under supervision of Prof. Milos Toth, Dr. Charlene Lobo and Dr. Igor Aharonovich in which he focuses on the development of Electron Beam Induced Deposition (EBID) of novel metallic and semiconductor nanostructures.

Project

Electron Beam Induced Deposition of novel metallic and semiconductor nanostructures

Topics

Bottom-up growth, Surface Chemistry, and Material Physics
