Johannes Froch

Johannes finished his Bachelor (Techn. Physics) and Master (Techn. Physics and Materials Science) education at the University of Technology, Graz. During his Bachelor and Master thesis, he investigated the influence of focused ion beam milling on polymers, the applicability of metal containing focused ion beam assisted deposits as connects for circuit editing, and the mechanical properties of free standing nanostructures, fabricated by electron beam induced deposition.

His research interests include fundamentals of charged particle beam induced processing, new processing strategies, and the application of such for functional nanostructures with a focus on photonics.
